Aetherial Endeavors Fixes

A small fixes patch for Aetherial Endeavors, made to address a few errors in the mods used by the pack.
This comes with the updated modpack. You don't need to install it separately.
It's still experimental. There's still some testing to do with the full pack.
What's in the patch
- TrainersOfAurai / CustomAttributes: restores the missing event used by Gentle Fist's healing effect. Checked against TrainersOfAurai 6.0.2 and CustomAttributes 1.1.0.
- DragonKnight 2.1.1: fixes the TinyHelper mismatch affecting Last Stand.
- WeaponBalancePatch 1.8.1: fixes a broken XML tag in the Priest's Prayers enchantment recipe.
- Weaponry and Enchantments Additions 1.3.9: fixes a mismatched XML tag in the Palladium Knuckles file.
- Skip Logos 1.3.1: fixes the missing field assignment behind its startup error.
A few things to know
The repairs run automatically when you launch the modpack. The patch only changes files it recognizes, so a newer mod version or a file you've edited yourself will be skipped. Reinstalling one of the supported versions is fine; the repair will be applied again on the next launch.
This patch covers the five issues above. Other mod interactions still need testing, including the overlapping rune and sigil changes in the pack.
