• Changed half of each weapon damage to Frost, added "Chill" buildup, lowered some strange base buildups
• You wanted to have a replacement for Brand, so I gave you replacement for Brand, enjoy :3
• Midway remembered that Galvanic Chakram is a boss drop, so gave it special right for frost AOE enchantability - requires Artifacts Reworked module
