Virgin Set - Weapon Balance Patch Module

Table of contents:

• Virgin weapons were a bit underperforming, especially with fan favourite explosion enchantments, you just couldn't deal enough damage
• I did not change the damage, nor the enchantments for Virgin set, but I made it faster
• Virgin set is also one of the shortest weapon sets in the game (if not the shortest), so it really fits to have higher speed
