Adds a collection of custom SL_Effect behaviours for use with SideLoader.

New 'Wizard' skill tree located in the Harmattan Library on the far right corner of the room after entering. Trainer is dressed in all white.
---Skills---
Fireball: Deals 22 fire damage. 50 Silver
Frostbolt: Deals 60 frost damage. 100 Silver
Heal Self: Heals for 40 HP over 10 seconds, removes 30 burnt HP overtime and removes Bleeding/Poison. 200 Silver
---Choice---
Ice Nova: Deals 60 frost damage. 150 Silver
Death Sweep: Deals 45 decay damage for the full duration of the cloud, 55 if you land the kick. 150 Silver
BREAKTHROUGH -> Student: Spells cost 10% less. 500 Silver

Lightning Strike: Deals 75 lightning damage and 25 impact. 600 Silver
Ethereal Explosion: Deals 40 ethereal damage and 180 impact. 600 Silver
---Final Skills---
Lucidity [Requires Heal Self]: Restores 8% fatigue. 250 Silver
Twisted Missile: Inflicts mass hex buildup. 750 Silver
Leyline Mastery: (Passive) Regenerate 0.5 Mana per second. 650 Silver
Ethereal Beam: Deals massive ethereal and impact damage. 1000 Silver

Fixed Lucidity's mana burn, works properly now.
Changed 'Lightning Orb' to 'Lightning Strike' creating an AOE on impact (same damage just split)
Fixed debuff 'Migraine' to appear in the Negatives section rather than Positives.
Changed Fireball's casting animation.

Fixed placement of skill choice 'Death Sweep' and 'Ice Nova'

Added 'Death Sweep' Spell, kicks up a toxic cloud of decay damage.
Twisted Missile now builds up its hexes over multiple casts.
Ethereal Beam now burns its value on use and gives the 'Migraine' effect, increasing spell cost.
Heal Self's burnt health restore is now an overtime of 5 minutes for 30 total.
