Cursed Diseases

What is this mod?

This mod aims to add new diseases with complicated and interesting effect that makes them work like magic curses! Such as Vampirism and Lycanthropy (Finally bug free!)

How do I find those Diseases or the cures?

New items are added to various hidden locations, use them to get those diseases or to cure them.

Future plans

Add more diseases! Revamp the mod in the far future to make everything quests.

• Antiserum Vial(Cures Vampirism, can be found somewhere in Enmerkar Forest)

• Vial of Werewolf Blood(Contract you with Lycanthropy, can be found somewhere in Hallowed Marsh)

• Dispelling Solution(Cures Lycanthropy, can be found somewhere in Abrassar)

• Tainted Shard of Ancestral Memory(Contract you with Red Lady's Bond, can be found somewhere in Enmerkar Forest)

• Pure Shard of Ancestral Memory(Cures Red Lady's Bond, can be found somewhere in Hallowed Marsh)

• Mysterious Golden Lamp(Contract you with Edge of Darkness, can be found somewhere in Abrassar)

• Empty Golden Lamp(Cures Edge of Darkness, can be found somewhere in Caldera)

Skills:

• Vampiric Bite(Requires: Vampirism. A bite attack that deals true damage amd inflicts with Blood Leech. Successful attempts fulfill your Blood Thirst, your Hunger, Thirst and grants Health Recovery.)

• True Form(Requires: Lycanthropy and Night Time. You answer to the call of the moon, revealing your true form. You transform and gain Moonlight Acceptance. The Skill is gained when contracting Lycanthropy.)

• Awaken Memories(Requires: Red Lady's Bond. You call the ancestral memories to strengthen your bond to the Scarlet Lich, revealing your true form. You transform and gain Awaken Memories.)

• Purified Blood(You overcame the harsh conditions of this corrupting infection and purified your blood, as a result your blood gained purifying properties. You gained 10 Ethereal, Decay and Corruption Resistance and +10% Electric Damage. Passive obtained by curing Vampirism.)

• Dispelling Blood(You overcame the harsh conditions of this enchanting infection and dispelled it from your system, as a result your blood gained dispelling properties. You gained 4 Barrier and 10% Status Build up Resistance. Passive obtained by curing Lycanthropy.)

• Fused Memories(You overcame the harsh conditions of this infernal curse and dispelled it from your system, as a result your soul gained permenant connection. You gained 30 Mana and -10% Mana Cost. Passive obtained by curing Red Lady's Bond.)

• Boundless(You overcame the harsh conditions of this soulbound blade and freed your soul, as a result your spirit gained new properties. You gained 10% Cooldown Reduction.)

Diseases:

• Vampirism(You are a Vampire. If not fed with blood you burn under the sun. Your Vampiric Blood grants you Decay and Ethereal Resistance as well as Fire and Electric weakness. As a Vampire you can bite your enemies to feed your blood thirst, thirst and hunger. If you become Blood Thirsty you run faster , attack faster and all your damages are enhanced.)

• Lycanthropy(You are a Werewolf. During daytime your stamina drops faster. During the night you gain more Health and Stamina while your Movement Speed increases but your resistances to fire and electric drops. The moon calls you, giving you the ability to reveal your true form. While on true form killing enemies replenishes your hunger and thirst.)

• Red Lady's Bond(You are Red Lady's Champion. You have complete immunity to fire and your bond to the lich grants you some mana regeneration and fire damage, but you are extremely weak to frost and electric damage. Strengthen your bond to reveal your true form, setting you, your equipment and your surroundings on an infernal blaze. While on true form getting hit by fire damage heals you.)

• Edge of Darkness(You are bound to the Greatsword of Darkness. If the blade is not fed with the flesh of your enemies it burns your body and soul with every hit. This cursed sword grants you immense power when awakened but if its not well fed it may prove to be a great burden.)
