Adds a directional dodge roll to the game. While holding movement (W/A/S/D), double-tap Shift to perform a dodge that quickly launches the player and triggers a roll in that direction, consuming stamina.

- Double-Shift input with a small timing window.
- Dodge distance and stamina cost tuned to feel impactful but not spammable.
- Uses the existing tumble system so the character visually rolls.
