Share host permissions among trusted players

Loading-screen panel for every player: live load states with stuck detection, talking bars, local voice volume; kick/ban and stuck-load lobby rescue for moderators. Works standalone; full SharePermissions integration when installed

Adds a pause menu slider to balance how loud dead teammates and alive players are while you spectate. Remembers your setting. Client side, the host doesn't need it.

The shopkeeper's on/off button only works for the host. Options to wake it on shop load and make it leave the host alone. Host install only.
