Share host permissions among trusted players

Hold a key in the R.E.P.O. lobby to send one of 30 animated reaction stickers, drawn from the game's own models, with a sound and a chat bubble. The host does not need it; with SharePermissions, hosts can let their moderators react too.

Adds a pause menu slider to balance how loud dead teammates and alive players are while you spectate. Remembers your setting. Client side, the host doesn't need it.

The shopkeeper's on/off button only works for the host. Options to wake it on shop load and make it leave the host alone. Host install only.
