Fixes some bugs with halcyonites AI such as

• Sometimes changing direction during its helicopter
• Attacks getting interrupted by other attacks
• Attacks overlapping with his spawn animation
• Flying to your past position instead of current
• Flying animation sometimes not ending correctly
• Floating after interrupting its helicopter attack within the first half second
• Shooting through walls if he's too close
• General golem spawning from Halcyonite shrines
• Ping hitbox being way too large
• primary knockback going in the wrong direction
• primary hitbox activating instantly on interrupt
