HalcyonFixes
Fixes some bugs with halcyonites AI such as
- Sometimes changing direction during its helicopter
- Attacks getting interrupted by other attacks
- Attacks overlapping with his spawn animation
- Flying to your past position instead of current
- Flying animation sometimes not ending correctly
- Floating after interrupting its helicopter attack within the first half second
- Shooting through walls if he's too close
- General golem spawning from Halcyonite shrines
- Ping hitbox being way too large
- primary knockback going in the wrong direction
- primary hitbox activating instantly on interrupt
