Reworks some macro to be less time consuming

Sale Star

• Can be used to reopen chests instead
• Option (Default: On): Exclude chests that dropped a Sale Star
• Option (Default: Off): Reopening a chest has a 50% (-25% per stack) chance to fail up to 3 times. Failing does not consume Sale Stars
• Total items gained is identical to vanilla
• Adaptive chests are unaffected by this mod
• Opened chests can be pinged
• Can be turned off in the settings

Executive Card

• While held reopen all (not opened) multishops
• Option (Default: On): Exclude equipment shops
• Closed multishoops can be pinged
• Can be turned off in the settings
