Temp Drones

• Adds a configurable uptime timer for player-owned drones/turrets (they can break and require repair).
• Supports tier-based durations (white/green/red) and per-drone duration overrides.
• Optionally prevents enemies from targeting player-owned drones/turrets.
• Can scale drone duration dynamically with run difficulty.

Future Plans

• Improve UI (use Temp item UI isntead of a hard to see timer)
• Add more config options
