Multiplayer Game Stuck at 00:00

Make your Team Members start and quit a Singleplayer run, then re-Group.

Cannot enter an Artifact's Level

I suggest unlocking the desired Artifact on Vanilla.

Game Audio says 0, but it's very loud!

You need to lower the game through Windows' Audio Mixer.

Any Bugs concerning the Refightilization Mod which makes you Respawn as a Monster

No Fixes have been found at the moment.

[Recommendations]

Don't Upgrade Mods when r2modman asks you to, you never know what you might Break.
Set "Corpse Cleanup" to Hidden, 0 in "Settings, Graphics".
