Bloon Modpack Base Mod
This is the base mod for a big modpack that I'm working on. Changes a couple Survivors, as well as a few general fixes and improvements.
Configs (hopefully) coming soon!

Optional Dependencies:

These aren't required, but are recommended.
Current Changes
General Changes:
- Fixed Eclipse Revamped E1 applying outside of Eclipse
- Replaced old E6 modifier with a 20% decrease to interactable spawns
- Burn damage now has the "Bypass Armor" damage type
- Increased the difficulty of Mithrix and Old Fathomless Voidling
- Removed the on-hit damage reduction from Spikestrip's Plated Elites
