Mutes Tier 2 elite spawn sounds from Rising Tides.Mute Elite Spawn Sounds
Mutes all of the spawn sounds for the Rising Tides tier 2 elites, since I find them loud and annoying.
I wanted to also mute the spawn sounds for the vanilla tier 2 elites but those sound effects are integrated really strangely into the game, and I can't seem to get rid of them. Might look into fixing it later, but I've already spent a considerable amount of time today trying to remove them (to no avail), so they're here to stay for now.
Mod is back up! Had to take it down due to some game-breaking bugs that I missed, they should be fixed now.
Now includes a config to allow for replacing the elite spawn sounds instead of just removing them.
