SummonFocusFire Stand A Lone
Direct your personally owned drones, turrets and other AI summons toward enemies you hit with your primary attack. Stand-A-Lone; no Summon Snapshot required.SUMMONFOCUSFIRE — STAND-A-LONE
Your target. Your army. One very bad day for whatever you just shot.
Ever watch your drones chase a random beetle while you're unloading into a boss?
Not anymore. SummonFocusFire — Stand-A-Lone lets you lead your AI allies into battle. Land a qualifying primary (M1) hit on an enemy and your directly owned summons get the message: THAT ONE. GET THAT ONE.
No extra hotkeys. No command wheel. Just point, shoot, and let your army back you up.
HOW IT WORKS
🎯 Shoot it. Mark it. A qualifying primary-skill hit issues a temporary focus-fire order against the enemy you hit. Shoot a different enemy to redirect your allies.
🚁 Mobile summons join the hunt. Your directly owned mobile AI allies can prioritize the target from farther away, encouraging their normal AI to move toward the fight. They aren't teleported or given artificial movement commands.
🛡️ Stationary means STATIONARY. Fixed-position turrets only receive a focus order when the target is within the mod's configured stationary range. Out-of-range targets are ignored. The mod never uses focus fire to move or tether turrets.
👥 Your army, not your teammate's. Orders are restricted to allies whose RoR2 minion ownership points directly to the attacking player's master. A teammate's army is not yours to command.
🤝 Standalone Focus Fire. This mod works independently without Summon Snapshot. Focus Fire is also built into Summon Snapshot v0.4.3 and newer, so install only one of the two mods.
WHICH ALLIES?
Designed for directly player-owned AI allies using RoR2's MinionOwnership and BaseAI systems, including compatible vanilla and modded drones, turrets, and summons. That can include Engineer turrets, Squid Polyps, REX offshoots, and modded companions when their AI and ownership implementations meet those requirements.
This is deliberately not a blanket command to every friendly creature on the map. Unowned allies, another player's summons, and AI without the supported ownership/AI components are excluded.
⚠️ IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY WARNING ⚠️
DO NOT USE THIS MOD ALONGSIDE SUMMON SNAPSHOT v0.4.3 OR NEWER!
Summon Focus Fire is already fully integrated into Summon Snapshot v0.4.3.
Installing both mods may cause duplicate targeting commands, unexpected AI behavior, or other compatibility issues.
Choose ONE mod, not both!

KNOWN LIMITATIONS
- M1 detection is experimental. Primary projectiles, beams, and some modded survivor attacks may not be recognized reliably; some item-triggered damage may be misclassified. It is not yet guaranteed that only M1 damage issues commands.
- Multiplayer ownership isolation is implemented through strict direct-owner checks but still needs a dedicated two-player verification test.
- Stationary range and classification are heuristic. Different modded turrets may need special handling.
- Modded AI compatibility depends on the ally using the expected RoR2 AI and ownership components; not every modded companion is guaranteed to work.
- Focus Fire requests a target through the AI system; the ally's own AI, pathfinding, line of sight, and combat rules still determine what it can actually do.
Found an ally that refuses orders, or a primary that doesn't register? Report the survivor, skill, summon type, and BepInEx log so we can improve compatibility.
