Adds healing and a few other boosts to War Banners, configurable.
Reworks the Eclipse difficulty levels. Configurable.
Blight now deals remaining DoT damage at once at 3 stacks with proc coefficient. Configurable.
Gives Titanic Knurl +10 armor per stack
Leeching seed also heals for an additional 0.2 health regardless of proc coefficient.
