Sandevistan ability mod for Risk of Rain 2.

Features

• Press V for the standard ability or B for the enhanced, three-times-stronger slowdown.
• Ability lasts 6 seconds and has a 5-second cooldown after it ends.
• Selectively slows enemies, enemy projectiles, and teleporter charge without changing global game time.
• Grants the local player a modest movement/attack boost and faster skill cooldown recharge.

Multiplayer and compatibility

The mod does not change Time.timeScale. Authoritative world slowdown and projectile parrying run in solo play and for the co-op host. Non-host clients receive the local player effects but cannot authoritatively slow or redirect networked enemies and projectiles. Custom projectile implementations may not be affected.
