Locater
A Risk of Rain 2 mod that adds globally visible indicators to Newt Altars and various shrines throughout the game.
Features
- Newt Altar Indicators: Cyan indicators for Newt Altars
- Shrine of Combat: Pink indicators for combat shrines
- Shrine of the Mountain: Light blue indicators for mountain shrines
- Shrine of Blood: Light red indicators for blood shrines
- Shrine of Chance: Light yellow indicators for chance shrines
- Shrine of Order: Light purple indicators for order shrines
- Shrine of Shaping: Beige indicators for shaping shrines (not sure if working)
- Halcyonite Shrine: Teal indicators for halcyonite shrines
- Void Cradle: Red icon indicators for void cradles
- Teleporter: Red indicators for teleporters
- Keyboard Shortcuts: Press
Ctrl + H to hide/unhide all markers during a run
- Auto-removal: Markers automatically disappear when shrines/cradles are used (WIP)
Configuration
All indicators can be toggled on/off through the Risk of Options menu in-game. Each shrine type has its own toggle option. Changes take effect immediately!
Positioning Options
- Marker Y Offset: Adjust the height of all markers (-100 to +100 units, default 0, increments of 1)
- Marker Scale: Adjust the size of all markers (-10 to +10, default 0, increments of 0.1)
Controls
- Ctrl + H: Toggle visibility of all markers during a run
Installation
- Install BepInEx for Risk of Rain 2
- Install Risk of Options mod
- Download and extract this mod to your BepInEx/plugins folder
- Launch the game and configure options in the mod menu

- Markers automatically disappear when object is activated
- All indicators use custom PNG icons for easy identification
- Fix enlarged icon on outside frame of screen
- Add more options like chests? with toggle ofc
