Adds features based on the BetterUI's item score.

Features

Item score in item descriptions
- Configurable formatting presets with option to show more detailed info
Item score stat dump into log output on game launch

Added the item score stats log feature.
Replaced average item score in detailed item score info formatting with the item's tier's default value (#4)
Item score now displays in descriptions of items in NoTier as well.
Updated the mod icon.
Fixed: Item descriptions with item score get overriden by other mods (#1) (this time, hopefully)
Fixed: Item descriptions in the final stats screen are bugged (#6)
