An uncommon item that calls down two storm strikes when a hit deals 400% base damage or more.

• Both strikes hit the original impact point, 0.5 seconds apart, in a 5-meter radius.
• Each strike deals 150% (+150% per additional stack) of the triggering hit's damage. At one stack, both strikes together deal 300%.
• 10-second cooldown, shown by a countdown buff. Its cooldown is independent of the other bands.
• Strikes stay at the impact point, so enemies can move out of the second strike. Killing blows still trigger both strikes.
• Additional copies increase damage, not the number of strikes or their radius.
• Each strike plays Charged Perforator thunder. The strikes cannot trigger further on-hit effects.

Available in the normal green-item drop pool and green Command selection. No DLC required.
