A common occurence was Mithrix getting lucky with Sprint Bash and landing a cheap instakill due to the unpredictability of the multihits and ignoring OSP. Goal of Sprint Bash shards is low chip damage over a wide area, so it now will no longer multihit, and will do a bit more damage to compensate.

The low tickrate could cause these to fail to register against players, and I found that even when I intentionally would run into them, I wouldn't take that much damage.
