Make some of Faraday Spur's stats configurable and fixes the charging rate being slightly dependent on framerate.
Tweakable stats:
- Move speed per charge (tweaked default: 0.003)
- Radius growth per charge (tweaked default: 0.20202)
- Scaling damage (tweaked default: 3)
- Scaling radius (tweaked default: 10)
Tweaks can be toggled off to return to default values.
Faraday Spur charges slower at FPS below a threshold due to the FixedUpdate rate becoming higher than the Update rate. This mod also addresses this issue.
