Tweaks mod commissioned by Emerald that adjusts the behaviour of lasers from certain enemies!

Current features:

• Disabled Stone Titan Lock-On: The Stone Titan laser no longer locks onto players when within a certain radius, and instead can be outmaneuvered through simple movement.

• Solus Probe Charge-Up: Solus Probes now have a charge-up window before firing, like Stone Titans. Has a base duration of 2s.

• Xi Construct Charge-Up VFX: Xi Constructs now have visual indicator when their charge-up window starts.

Stone Titan laser lock-on can be toggled with Risk of Options / BepInEx config. Laser charge-up features currently aren't toggleable.
