Templar Skins (& Skills (& Fixes))

• A simple reskin mod for the Most Playable Templar. It also adds a togglable skin for Engineer. Made for Radiant Malignance. (configurable)
• Removes templar survivor from monster logbook.
• Adds better portrait for survivor logbook / character select.
• Adds better subtitle and logbook entry.
• Adds a new passive, Malignant Origins (configurable)
