gives living enemies a bright outline because my eyes arent good and its hard for me to see sometimes :( by default, outline color is manually selected per-stage to have high contrast from the scene. config allows changing of colors per scene, the strength of the outline, defining custom colors, or making all outlines one color universally
should work client-side? untested
