RiskUIFixes

A few fixes and tweaks for the RiskUI HUD.

What it does

• Fixes tooltips getting stuck on the last hovered icon while the scoreboard is open.
• Adds a "Show Timer Centiseconds" toggle (General) for the centiseconds on the difficulty timer.
• Adds an "Objective Text Size" slider (Rescaling) for the objective line in the top right (percent of default, 100 = vanilla).
