RetoolFixesForMulT

This mod was designed to fix an issue with Mul-T's Retool ability introduced in the Alloyed Collective update: it is possible to pick up (but not use) an extra equipment in your secondary equipment slot. I hope this mod will become redundant soon. I know there are a few extra issues with Retool, which are fixed by other mods; I may decide to add these fixes to this mod in a future update.
