Adds a new app to the city hall crunchers, that lists all available properties for sale and lets you purchase them.

Manual Installation

• Ensure you have BepInEx BE installed
• Extract the mod to ".\BepInEx\plugins", so you should have ".\BepInEx\plugins\RealEstateListingCruncherApp\RealEstateListingCruncherApp.dll"
