Kick Menu
Adds a menu to kick playersBayTurtleKing's Kick Menu
Stick Fight already had a kick method, they just never used it. So, this mod adds a menu for it.
The default keybind to toggle the menu is F1, but it is configurable.
This mod only works as host.
