Adds a full team mode to Super Battle Golf. Assign players to teams, share scores, toggle friendly fire, and view a team scoreboard sorted by total score.
Added friendly fire toggle — teammates are protected by default, can be enabled in the match setup menu
Fixed friendly fire not being fully blocked — club swings, swing projectiles, dives, and rocket launcher back blasts are now all properly blocked between teammates
Updated and compatible with Super Battle Golf 1.1.0-423 (Frozen Fairway update)
