Very small patchfix to remove failed to load mod issues with UCFailedLoadFix
There are a couple of bugs in the initial neon release that cause riders to not load and factions to pop-up an annoying error message and not stay on the factions bar.
This mod prevents the code that is causing this to run, and should therefore prevent these issues.
