Alternate ItemsToIgnore Configs

• Now you can setup alternate ItemsToIgnore config entries that can be cycled through via shortcut!
• Set the itemsToIgnoreCycleShortcut config entry first.
• Hit the assigned shortcut and ItemsToIgnore configs will cycle through in-order (standard -> alt1 -> alt2).
