Grind bones into bone meal and spread it from the Cultivator to shorten how long crops take to grow. Three grades, and the area covered widens with your Farming skill.
Fixed fertilized plants growing at normal speed for players who were not the one who
spread the bone meal, including anyone standing right there watching. The plant showed
its grade correctly but kept vanilla timing.

Settings now follow the server. If the server runs this mod, its gameplay settings apply to
everyone connected, and an admin can change them in-game without anyone editing a file.
Purely local settings — logging, and for Fertilizer the on-screen feedback and appearance —
stay yours.
