RageNAdrenaline

Adds the Rage and Adrenaline meters from the Calamity mod for Terraria into Valheim.

Features

Adds Rage meter. Rage meter increases as long as there are enemies near you. Once the meter if full you can activate the key assigned to the Rage ability to activate it.
Adds another Adrenaline meter (I know there is already one in the game but this one is different). The adrenaline meter only works during boss fights. Once the meter is full you can activate using the Adreanline ability key. If you get hit however the meter resets to 0. If the meter is full and you take damage you will take half the damage you would have.
Adds custom icons for the abilities and uses the sound effects from Calamity.
Adds configuration for the keybinds of the two abilities. Where the bars are located. And the boosts from the abilities.
