A hand pump with hoses to drain tar pits. Put a strainer in the tar, pump with E and watch the level drop while the tar pours from the nozzle. Items in the pit stay. Add WaterAndTarPools to keep the tar in pools and pump water.

Pump tar out of tar pits: single strokes or hold E to keep pumping, with full pumping animation (hands on the lever, the body bends with the stroke) seen by every player.
Only the liquid is removed; items in the pit stay. Drained pits seep back over time.
The tar travels visibly through see-through hoses and pours out of the nozzle with a stream, splashes, a puddle and sounds.
Pieces can be tilted and rolled while building.
