Blue Brazier Fix for NoSmokeStayLit

A tiny compatibility patch for Valheim 1.0 that makes the vanilla Blue Standing Brazier work correctly with TastyChickenLegs' NoSmokeStayLit.

The original mod recognizes the normal standing brazier (piece_brazierfloor01) but not the blue standing brazier (piece_brazierfloor02). This patch makes the blue version inherit the same NoSmokeStayLit settings as the normal version:

• Stay lit / eternal fuel
• Timed operation
• Smoke on or off
• Stay lit when wet

Your existing Custom Items configuration is preserved and still takes priority when it enables the blue brazier.

Requirements

• Valheim 1.0 or newer
• BepInExPack Valheim 5.4.2350 or newer
• NoSmokeStayLit 2.3.8 or newer

Install this mod anywhere that runs NoSmokeStayLit. For multiplayer, install both mods on the server and clients so behavior remains consistent for whoever owns the active zone.

Config-only alternative

You can fix the main stay-lit behavior without installing this patch by editing the original mod's config file:

BepInEx/config/TastyChickenLegs.NoSmokeStayLit.cfg

Under [Custom], add the blue brazier prefab to Custom Items Keep Lit:

[Custom]
Custom Items Keep Lit = piece_brazierfloor02

If the setting already contains other prefab names, append ,piece_brazierfloor02 with no spaces instead of replacing the existing entries.

To put the blue brazier on the original mod's timer too, also add it to Custom Items on Timers:

Custom Items on Timers = piece_brazierfloor02

The compatibility patch is more complete because it also makes the blue brazier follow the normal standing brazier's dedicated smoke and timer toggles automatically.

Installation

With a mod manager, install the package normally; required dependencies will be installed automatically.

For a manual installation, copy BlueBrazierFix.dll into BepInEx/plugins. Do not remove NoSmokeStayLit; this is a compatibility add-on, not a replacement.

Compatibility

Built against Valheim 1.0 and BepInExPack Valheim 5.4.2350. The patch does not modify save data or game prefabs.
