Nordic Avatars

Sigrid and Dark Urge in one avatar package, with authored braid/body physics and configured weapon attachments.

Character names

Names are case-insensitive and refer to Valheim characters, not Steam accounts. Each pair uses identical model and settings files.

Install with r2modman

Install the package with its dependencies, or import the provided local ZIP into your Valheim profile. Local ZIP import requires the dependencies to already be installed. Keep one enabled copy of this package, fully restart Valheim and launch Start modded. Select a character with one of the names listed above.

Runtime requirements are recorded in manifest.json. No manual copying into the game root is required. Everyone viewing an avatar through these local mappings needs the same package installed.

Remove or disable older standalone Dark_Urge packages before using this bundle. Its latest empty version is harmless. Keeping an older copy enabled would claim the same character names twice.

Maintenance

Both primary VRM/TXT pairs and avatar-pack.json are stored under sigrid/package/plugins in the source project. Extra names are in sigrid/aliases.json and expand during packaging. Editable Blender models remain in their separate sigrid/model/ and dark-urge/model/ folders.

Package changes are recorded in CHANGELOG.md. The avatar's embedded model version is independent of the package version.

Content and credits

Contains adult character artwork/nudity. Avatar author: Neodin. Base assets were generated with Tripo and edited, painted and rigged in Blender/AccuRIG with AI-assisted tooling. Model-specific use and redistribution terms remain in each embedded VRM; Sigrid's accompanying notice is retained in LICENSE.
