Full rewrite.

• New shape: big, natural, heavy hangers built on each troll's own body: a long slope out of the chest, the weight low, the underside rolling over onto the belly (no more stretched old model, stray polygons or gaps).
• Nothing pokes out of the troll's back anymore, from any angle.
• Skinned to the troll's skeleton, so the chest moves with its body instead of floating on one bone.
• Much faster: the physics is two small springs per troll and the GPU does the deforming. Many trolls on screen no longer tank the frame rate.
• New settings: Projection (how far they stick out) and Sag (how heavy they hang). Inflate is gone.
• Bikini and HalterTop are rebuilt to fit the new shape.
