A collection of weapons Creatures and items from Dark Souls by FromSoftware

THIS MOD IS WORK IN PROGRESS!!

Pungus Souls adds weapons, items, creatures and locations from the Souls franchise (created by FromSoftware) to Valheim!
Currently we have;

Three Armor sets (Sun set, Havel Set and Artorias Set ) PLEASE NOTE the armors require blacksmith tools

Nine Greatswords (including the iconic Moonlight Greatsword)

Seven Regular Swords

Four Polearms

Three BattleAxes

Two Daggers

Three GreatHammers

Two Staves (Rather than requiring Eitr, these staffs have low durability and break after around 20 casts, much like the "spell slot" system from the first 2 Dark Souls)

Four Shield

One Helmet


One Tripple barelled crossbow (to kill stuff deader)

and one Dual Knives

Creatures


Hollow Soliders

Basic weak enemy. Weild Swords and bows

(Will spawn in the meadows, blackforest and swamps after eikthyr is defeated)






Taurus Demons

Tank enemy, similar to troll. Deals heavy melee damage

Spawns in BlackForest after the elder is defeated






Giant Mushrooms

Slow Melee creature that deals high knockback / stagger

Will spawn in the Black Forest and Swamps after Bonemass has been killed







Black Knights

A versatile enemy with resonable speed and damage. Weilds a variety of weapons

Spawn in the Ashlands






Blue Crystal Golem

Slow creature with AOE attacks

currently spawns in deep north






FangBoar

Stronger variant of a Boar. More durable and higher Damage

spawns in the Black Forest





Blue Wyvern

Dynamic creature with offensive capabilities from land and air

Spawns in the Deep north






Capra Demon

Fast moving but slow, high damage attacks

spawns in ashlands




Skeleton Giant

Has a large variety of attacks

Spawns in the Deep North


Companions

Sweet Shalquoir

Summoned using the Cat Charm






Sif

Summoned using the Wolf Charm

Both companions can be summoned by using their respective charm (cat charm and wolf charm) Which can currently be purchased from the new vendor at the shrine

All Items and creatures can be managed via the configuration file, so you can adjust damage values, crafting costs etc to your liking

IMPORTANT: If updating from a previous version please delete your config file "pungus.PungusSouls.cfg"

Blacksmith tools by goldenJude has been added as a dependancy to accomodate the new armors. Please make sure this is installed along with the provided config files to hide the player body.
Due to this, I don't recommend mixing and matching the armor pieces with other sets.

This version features some big changes

All Souls items now require a unique crafting material - Twinkling Titanite
Twinkling Titanite has a chance to drop from most creatures, so you will have to farm for it a little
The amount required to craft / upgrade is relative to the item "Tier".
IE Higher tiered items require more Twinkling Titanite to craft / upgrade






Items are no longer crafted at the Artisan table
Items must now be forged by BlackSmith Andre of Astora, who can be found in a new location (details further down)
Andre functions just like any other crafting station - you interact with him to open the crafting menu and use materials to make items









Andre has a station lvl that can be increased with station upgrades (Note that currently, andre is lacking a interact prompt, but you can still interact with him to open the crafting menu by pressing E)









The new version also features the first of (eventually) several locations - Firelink Shrine.

The shrine will spawn in the meadows, a few hundred meters within the starting circle, and is marked on the map with an icon. The shrine can be explored to find a few enemies and bits of loot, but currently its main purpose is to house Andre. (additional purpose may come at a later date) As a result, you can build here, primarily to be able to place station upgrades for Andre


New Trader

there is a new trader in the shrine (Sweet Shalquoir) She will sell you a few utility items including various carvings that can be used to communicate simple phrases to other players

Known Issues / conflicts

- I'm told the new trader might have issues with better trader

Planned Future Content

-More loctions such as Anor Londo, Firelink Altar, Undead Asylum
-More Creatures and some bosses such as Gwyn, Ornstein, Seath the Scaleless
-I would like to flesh out the crafting trees a little bit more. Having some unique requirments for Andres upgrades. Require boss drops for certain weapons and maybe some additional titanite types
-Add some NPCs like the firekeeper, Solair, OnionBro
