Direct port from the Nexus version of the mod created by yakuzadeso.
Makes fishing into more of a minigame, so that you no longer rely solely on buffs and RNG. Hooking fish no longer drains your stamina every second. After reeling a fish in, you can take a break to regenerate your stamina and continue trying!.
