This is an update and lightweight replacement of IHaveArrived originally written by givenameplz. It was broken by the Deep North update and appears to be abandoned. Unlike the original plugin, this one has no console commands. Announcements are one per line, not to exceed 150 characters, chosen at random from a file named "announcements.txt" next to the plugin DLL. The "messages.txt" used by the original plugin will be prioritized if it exists.
