All the Ores

All the Ores adds three small, configurable conversion recipes to the Forge:

• 2 Black Metal -> 1 Iron
• 2 Black Metal -> 1 Copper
• 2 Black Metal -> 1 Tin

It also has an optional compatibility switch that lets the Blast Furnace process Iron Scrap, Copper Ore and Tin Ore. It is off by default.

The plugin does not add custom items, prefabs or textures. It uses the existing Valheim item prefabs and icons only. As a compatibility safeguard, an old inventory item with an invalid icon variant is repaired while its inventory is loaded, instead of patching Valheim's icon renderer every frame.

Installation

Install the package with a Thunderstore-compatible mod manager, or extract it into the Valheim game directory. BepInEx and Jötunn are installed automatically when the package is managed by Thunderstore.

The plugin is installed at BepInEx/plugins/AllTheOres/AllTheOres.dll.

Configuration

Start Valheim once, then edit BepInEx/config/com.alltheores.valheim.cfg and restart the game:

The three cost values are the number of Black Metal bars required for one output bar. Changes are read when the game starts. In multiplayer, use the same mod version and config on the server and all clients.

Notes

The Blast Furnace option adds the standard Valheim inputs IronScrap, CopperOre and TinOre.
