Keep Inventory On Death

Die without losing anything. No tombstone, no naked respawn, no walk back to grab your gear.

Features

• Keep everything: your full inventory and all equipped items (weapons, armor, tools, utility items) stay exactly as they were before you died.
• No tombstone: since nothing is dropped, no gravestone is created at your death location.
• Food buffs still get cleared and, on repeated "hard" deaths, skill penalties still apply as normal - only the item loss is removed.

Installation

1. Install BepInEx if you haven't already.
2. Drop KeepInventoryOnDeath.dll into BepInEx/plugins/.
3. Start the game.

Compatibility

Client-side only mod that patches how the game handles item loss on death. Works in single player and multiplayer (each player needs it installed to keep their own items on death).
