Wood, hardwood, and timberwood no longer take wet wear in water or at the waterline (docks). Rain on dry land still wears unroofed wood. Client and dedicated server.
NEW:PreventAllWeatherDamage config (default true) blocks ALL rain/weather/seasons wear on wood everywhere, not just at the waterline.
NEW:ProtectAtWaterline config (default true) lets you control the original waterline-only protection independently.
Set both to false to disable the mod entirely.

Docks and other waterline wood: also treat pieces within 2.5 m of the local water surface as not wet, so rain wear no longer eats dock planks that vanilla only counted as "dry but raining".
