Thunderstore does not have every dependency (some live on Hexium / Gale). Install what the manager can resolve, then add the rest from Hexium. Gale is the current play path. A local zip import still skips BepInEx and other dependencies.

Gale Mod Loader

Recommend to use Gale Mod Loader, because a lot of the mods are only on Hexium.gg now. Gale can pull apps from multiple website repositories.
