Food Degrade Only On Move

Ever get tired of your food degrading/losing its timer while you're just standing still? I know calorie consumption is a bit lower when not active but with this mod it's just non existant

If you're standing still your food will not degrade

as soon as you start moving the food will degrade

this has a configuration enforced by server sync and must be on the server and the client if you would like to enforce configurations
