Add-on for SeneaL UI (Thunderstore · Nexus Mods · Hexium): a Recycle tab at crafting stations that takes crafted items apart into part of their materials.
- The tab lists the items you carry that have a recipe and shows what each gives back as green +N chips; items that cannot be recycled here say why (wrong station, too few in the stack, nothing to give back).
- 50% of the materials come back by default, counting every quality level of the item and rounded down.
- By default an item is recycled only at the station it is crafted at. Worn items and raw materials are never listed; items on the hotbar ask first.
- Settings in SeneaL UI → F7 → Add-ons or in
seneaL.valheim.ui.recycle.cfg: on/off, share of materials returned, own station only, unknown recipes. - On a server the server decides how far these go (SeneaL UI → F7 → Server on the host: allowed or not, the most materials back, own station only, unknown recipes). On a server without SeneaL UI recycling is off.
- With Valheim Recycle or Recycle N Reclaim installed the add-on steps aside: their recycling fills the same tab.
Requires SeneaL UI 1.2.0 or newer.
