Auto Feeder
Tamed animals eat from nearby chests. Works with boars, wolves, lox, hens and asksvin. Updated for Valheim 1.0.Auto Feeder
Tamed animals that are hungry walk to a nearby chest and eat from it, so you don't have to drop food on the floor.
Works with every tameable animal: boars, wolves, lox, hens and asksvin. It also works with creatures made tameable by other mods, as long as they eat items the normal way.

How it works
- A hungry tamed animal looks for a chest within 10 m (ContainerRange) that holds food it eats.
- It walks over, faces the chest and eats one item, the same as eating from the ground.
- Food on the ground is still eaten first.
Install
- Install BepInExPack Valheim.
- Put
AutoFeed.dllinValheim/BepInEx/plugins/. - Run the game once to create
BepInEx/config/vanbushi.AutoFeed.cfg.
Multiplayer: install on the server and every player's PC.
Settings

Reload the config in game: press F5 and type autofeed reset.
What each animal eats
- Boar: blueberries, carrots, onions, raspberries, mushrooms, turnips
- Wolf: raw meats, fish, sausages
- Lox: barley, cloudberries, flax
- Hen: carrot, turnip, onion, beech and birch seeds, barley, dandelion
- Asksvin: smoke puff, vineberry cluster, fiddlehead
Upgrading from aedenthorn's Auto Feed
Delete the old BepInEx/config/aedenthorn.AutoFeed.cfg. This version uses vanbushi.AutoFeed.cfg.
