Fixes the "skin only shows in the cosmetics menu, gloves are stock in game" bug. Versions 2.0.0 and
2.0.1 could be installed by Thunderstore Mod Manager with every file dumped into one folder (the 2.0.0
zip used backslash paths). The plugin then could not find BadGuy.png and threw an exception on every
frame inside the hand-sprite hook, which stopped the game from applying the skin at all.
The plugin no longer throws inside game hooks (errors are logged once), and a missing bad guy image only
disables the toggle - the skin itself keeps working.
Bundled files are found whether the package is extracted normally or flattened by a mod manager.
Zip is built with proper forward-slash paths.

Fixed the release zip: entry paths used backslashes (invalid zip format), which some mod managers
(r2modman / Thunderstore Mod Manager) can't extract correctly and which could leave files missing.
Cosmetic installation no longer deletes the destination folder first (a locked file could leave it
half-empty) and copies file by file, logging any failures.
The plugin now verifies the cosmetic after the game loads it and restores any sprites/cards the game
failed to load from the copy bundled next to the DLL. The BepInEx log prints
cosmetic ready: N/102 swap entries have sprites.

Converted to a real BepInEx plugin: cosmetic content is now auto-installed into
Mods/Cosmetics/Hands on launch, no manual file moving required.
Added a "Bad guy" toggle to the cosmetic's settings panel that swaps the HND_B1A2 hand frame for a
custom photo, with a live-updating preview.
Cleared the unlock field so the cosmetic is available to everyone instead of requiring an
unrecognized custom progression flag.
