HalcyonFixes
Fixes some bugs with halcyonites AI such as
- sometimes changing direction during its helicopter
- attack getting interrupted by other attacks
- attacks overlapping with his spawn animation
- flying to your past position instead of current
- flying animation sometimes not ending correctly
- floating after interrupting its helicopter attack within the first half second
- shooting through walls if he's too close
